- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays
- In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer
2. Shipping Time
- Standard Delivery (India): 4–7 business days
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or order values
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS
- You can track your order using the provided tracking link
5. Delays & Issues
- Delivery delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Courier issues
- High demand periods
- PunkPair is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will help you resolve issues
6. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct
- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us (RTO)
8. Return to Origin (RTO)
- If an order is returned due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address
- Refusal to accept order
👉 Re-shipping charges will be applicable
9. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos as proof
