At PunkPair, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at punkpair02@gmail.com
  2. Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Clear photos/videos of the product
  3. Our team will review and confirm your return request

4. Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged (serviceable areas only)
  • In case pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after product inspection
  • Once approved, refund will be issued within 5–7 business days

Refund Modes:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or UPI

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund will be processed

7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If issue is from our side (damaged/wrong product): Free return
  • If return is customer-initiated (size issue, preference): Shipping charges may apply

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
