At PunkPair, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items purchased on sale or clearance (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Our team will review and confirm your return request
4. Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged (serviceable areas only)
- In case pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after product inspection
- Once approved, refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
Refund Modes:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or UPI
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund will be processed
7. Return Shipping Charges
- If issue is from our side (damaged/wrong product): Free return
- If return is customer-initiated (size issue, preference): Shipping charges may apply
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
