1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

Returns may not be accepted for products that show signs of use, are damaged due to customer handling, or are missing original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
  • Gift cards (if applicable).
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at punkpair01@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Your Name
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds may take up to 20 days to be completed, depending on your payment provider and banking institution.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may arrange the return shipment or reimburse the return shipping cost, as applicable.

For returns due to any other reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
